Have an interesting clinical case in presbyopia, cataract, refractive, or corneal surgery? 

Submit it for an engaging and dynamic discussion led by expert moderators and colleagues! Delegates will join round-table discussions with peers, guided by a table leader to ensure everyone’s insights are heard.

World Café Process

Delegates submit interesting cases about presbyopia, cataract, refractive or corneal surgery. The best cases will be presented on stage by the 2 chairs, who will stop the presentation at some points to allow the audience to discuss it.

Delegates will be able to discuss the case in round tables with approximately 8 people and each table will have a microphone.

The chairpersons will acknowledge the authorship of each accepted case during their presentations and will thank the authors for their submissions.

Submission Information

  • Submissions will be accepted until 24 March 2025, 23:59 CET.
  • You must submit a PowerPoint presentation with 6 slides, including: Case description, Examinations, Treatment/surgical video, Outcomes and 2 or 3 conclusion statements.
  • Notification letters will be sent by mid-April 2025.
  • Each cases will be reviewed and selected to the Congress based on their relevance to the event.
  • Accepted cases will be presented on stage during the Congress by 2 chairs nominated by the Programme Committee (the submitting author is not required to attend the Congress).
